Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Roughin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be in a country where Google Play or the Apple App Store permits our app.

• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• One account per person.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

• Free tier, Solo at $14.99 CAD/mo, and Pro at $29.99 CAD/mo.
• Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel anytime through your Apple or Google account.

Blueprints you upload remain your property. We process them to power the AI, but we never claim ownership of them.

We don’t share your blueprints with third parties, except Anthropic for the AI processing that makes the app work.

• Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to.
• Don’t reverse-engineer the app.
• Don’t automate use beyond what the app officially supports.

The Roughin app, brand, wordmark, and content are owned by WorkBench Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Roughin is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Roughin is provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

You can cancel anytime through your app store account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

We’ll give 30 days’ notice before material changes to these terms take effect.
