Delete in the app

The fastest path — your data is removed right away.

  1. Open Roughin and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Delete account in the Danger Zone section.
  3. Confirm — your data is removed immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Send us a deletion request and we’ll handle it from our end.

We’ll process your request within 30 days and email you when it’s complete.

Your data

What gets deleted

  • Your account email and password
  • All of your personal projects
  • All uploaded PDFs and processed sheets
  • All notes, standalone notes, saved calculations, and annotations, including notes and markups you shared with your crew
  • All AI chat history

What doesn’t

  • Anonymized usage analyticsAlready not tied to your identity.
  • App Store transaction logs Apple / Google keepOut of our control.
  • Hours you clocked on a teamKept for 3 years from the date each shift was worked, and available only on request.
  • Team contentProjects you created go to another administrator. PDFs and crew-wide photos in company projects stay with the company. Your notes and markups are deleted, including ones you shared with your crew.
  • Your subscriptionDeleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account.

Timing

Deleting in the app is immediate.Requests sent through this form or by email are handled by hand and completed within 30 days.
