    Open Roughin and go to the Profile tab.

    Scroll to Delete account in the Danger Zone section.

    Confirm — your data is removed immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Send us a deletion request and we’ll handle it from our end.

We’ll process your request within 7 days and email you when it’s complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account email and password
  • All of your projects
  • All uploaded PDFs and processed sheets
  • All notes, standalone notes, saved calculations, and annotations
  • All AI chat history
  • Payment / subscription recordsRetained for 7 years per Canadian tax law, then deleted.

What doesn’t

  • Anonymized usage analyticsAlready not tied to your identity.
  • App Store transaction logs Apple / Google keepOut of our control.
